    Course Summary

    This course is for people who love Mediterranean cooking. You will cook a range of dishes from around the Mediterranean. There is no coursework on this course, although you may wish to keep a record or file of your recipes.

    You will learn how to cook some classic dishes from around the Mediterranean, including Greek, Italian, French and Moroccan. Recipes include: antipasti, fresh pasta, tagine, moussaka, focaccia and panna cotta.
