    Course Summary

    This course is for people who would like to learn more about healthy eating and cooking, slimming and cooking for dietary needs.

    You will learn about what a healthy balanced diet is, and explore individual dietary needs. We will also look at cooking for people with dietary needs such as vegan, diabetic and high cholesterol. By the end of the course you will have a good understanding of health eating and cooking for a range of needs.
