    This beginner’s course is for all cookery novices, wanting to learn a range of cooking techniques and gain more confidence in the kitchen and impress your friends and family! You will learn the basics of cookery such as food hygiene, knife skills, preparing food and cooking techniques. You will make starters, salads, soups, main courses and desserts.
